We do not allow batchelor parties at The Beach Camp™.

To secure and confirm your reservation full payment up front on accommodation is required. You will receive a reference and our bank account details to make the payment. Tour groups will be expected to pay for meals booked up-front as well as the accommodation.

We do not accept cheques or credit cards for payments on the premises of The Beach Camp™, only cash.

The amount for food, drinks etc. are to be paid cash.

No refund for “early check-out”.

We reserve the right to quote you other than the advertised prices.

House rules apply for every guest. You can request a copy of the house rules upon arrival.

Non-arrival, cancellations or early checkout:

• From + 36 days guest forfeit 5% of deposit
• From 35 to 27 days guest forfeit 15% of deposit
• From 20 to 28 days guest forfeit 25% of deposit
• From 13 to 21 days guest forfeit 50% of deposit
• From 7 to 14 days guest forfeit 75% of deposit
• Less than 7 days guest forfeits full deposit
• Early check-out guest forfeits full deposit and pays for the services rendered in terms of meals, drinks etc.

The Beach Camp™ has a licensed bar that is exclusively for residents, which means you may not bring your own alcohol onto the premises of The Beach Camp™.  We do however understand that not everyone enjoys box wine -  if you want to bring your own bottle of wine you can - we charge a corkage fee of R25 per 750ml.
