West Coast Accommodation at The Beach Camp

The camp is quite protected against the wind and shade is plentiful in the lapa area.  Here you can enjoy a refreshing Yerba Maté at the first Yerba Maté bar in Africa.  Being in a Nature Reserve, no pets or electronic music is allowed amongst other reserve rules.

Accommodation consists of four cozy wooden A-frame huts with beds that can accommodate 2 people each. In addition we also have 6 comfortable Twin Tents with two single beds in each plus one 3-Man Tent with a double and a single bed in it. We have an equipped communal kitchen tent with all the necessary pots, pans and all other utensils for braais (barbeques) etc.

The Beach Camp™ has a licensed bar, that is exclusively for residents.  We do however understand that not everyone enjoys box wine -  if you want to bring your own bottle of wine you can – we charge a corkage fee per 750ml.

Ablutions include hot showers, eco-friendly toilets, hand basin and even a mirror for the ladies. We are not dependent on electricity nor wish to be.  Have a look at the list under FAQ of what to bring along.  Have a look at Prices
